Mediante esta experiência, foi possível adquirir aprendizagens significativas, no que diz respeito à construção da identidade docente e ao desenvolvimento de competências profissionais. É de realçar que a articulação entre os referenciais teóricos e legais foi fundamental para uma prática educativa de qualidade, inclusiva e equitativa. Com uma postura observadora, atenta, investigativa e indagadora, aliada à integração entre teoria e prática, promoveu-se uma educação centrada na aprendizagem da criança, valorizando-se a autonomia, a flexibilidade, a cooperação e a participação democrática. Uma postura ética ocupou um lugar central nesse processo, levando em consideração a responsabilidade e o respeito pelos direitos e dignidade de todas as crianças. A metodologia de Investigação-Ação, utilizada colaborativamente, foi fundamental na construção da identidade profissional e na inovação das práticas educativas. Através desse processo reflexivo, foi possível questionar e reformular constantemente as formas de pensar e agir. De facto, foi evidente a necessidade de uma postura reflexiva, crítica e aberta à mudança, bem como a importância de uma relação deontológica e de confiança com as famílias, que desempenham um papel fundamental na educação das crianças. Destaca-se também a importância do trabalho colaborativo e cooperativo entre os diversos intervenientes no processo educativo. De facto, essa colaboração, aliada à Metodologia de Trabalho por Projeto, possibilitou o enriquecimento das práticas educativas e fomentou o crescimento pessoal e profissional da futura Educadora de Infância e Professora do 1.º CEB.This internship report aims to present the educational journey of the master's student during the Supervised Educational Practice in the contexts of Preschool Education and the 1st Cycle of Basic Education. Through this experience, significant learning was acquired concerning the construction of the teaching identity and the development of professional skills. It's worth noting that the alignment between theoretical and legal references was crucial for a quality, inclusive, and equitable educational practice. With an observant, attentive, investigative, and inquisitive stance, coupled with the integration of theory and practice, education centered on child learning was promoted, valuing autonomy, flexibility, cooperation, and democratic participation. An ethical posture held a central position in this process, taking into consideration the responsibility and respect for the rights and dignity of all children. The collaborative use of Research- Action Methodology was instrumental in constructing professional identity and innovating educational practices. Through this reflective process, there was a constant questioning and reformulation of ways of thinking and acting. Indeed, the need for a reflective, critical, and open-to-change approach was evident, as well as the importance of an ethical and trusting relationship with families, who play a fundamental role in children's education. The significance of collaborative and cooperative work among the various stakeholders in the educational process is also highlighted.
