E as empresas que operam neste setor percebem cada vez mais a importância de adotar um Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade (SGQ). Este projeto tinha como objetivo implementar um SGQ de acordo com a norma NP EN ISO 9001:2015 numa empresa do ramo têxtil com a atividade de estamparia. A abordagem utilizada foi a de investigação-ação, na, qual, após a revisão da literatura existente e recolha de informações e contribuições da empresa em estudo, foram desenvolvidas ferramentas essenciais para a implementação do Sistema de Gestão. No final do projeto, a empresa conseguiu implementar um SGQ que atende aos requisitos aplicáveis, incluindo os normativos legais e específicos da própria organização. Um dos principais benefícios deste projeto é fornecer uma visão geral do processo de implementação da norma ISO 9001:2015, bem como oferecer uma análise detalhada sobre o pensamento baseado no risco, que é um elemento fundamental na última revisão da norma.Today, the textile industry plays a central role in the country's economy. And companies operating in this sector are increasingly realising the importance of adopting a Quality Management System (QMS). The aim of this project was to implement a QMS in accordance with the NP EN ISO 9001:2015 standard in a textile company engaged in printing. The approach used was action research, in which, after reviewing the existing literature and gathering information and contributions from the company under study, essential tools were developed for implementing the Management System. At the end of the project, the company was able to implement a QMS that meets the applicable requirements, including legal regulations and those specific to the organisation itself.
