Este estudo procura analisar o comportamento térmico de uma fração habitacional, aplicando a legislação atualmente em vigor, o Decreto-Lei N.º 101-D/2020 e os outros diplomas legais complementares. Para essa análise, é necessário efetuar uma descrição da habitação e das características térmicas dos elementos da envolvente e a respetiva verificação regulamentar, a quantificação dos diferentes parâmetros térmicos, a determinação das necessidades nominais de aquecimento e de arrefecimento, bem como o cálculo das necessidades nominais globais de energia primária e respetiva classe energética da habitação. A habitação em causa já foi objeto de estudo por parte dos colegas José Augusto Baptista de Oliveira Dias e Pedro Vasconcelos Teixeira da Mota, na unidade curricular de PROJI, sob orientação da Eng.ª Teresa Isabel Moreira Carvalho Amorim Neto Silva, mas utilizando o Decreto-Lei N.º 118/2013. Portanto, irá ser realizada um resumo acerca do trabalho desenvolvido e uma análise comparativa acerca das alterações da legislação atual face à legislação anterior. Além de ser uma imposição legal, a aplicação do estudo do desempenho térmico de edifícios de habitação é de extrema importância, visto que o conforto térmico deve estar aliado sempre a uma perspetiva o mais sustentável possível, principalmente com a crise energética vivida nos dias de hoje.The present document aims to describe the work developed in the course unit of Dissertation, inthe2nd year of the Master's Degree in Civil Engineering - Construction branch, MEC, at ISEP. This study seeks to analyze the thermal behavior of a residential unit, applying the current legislation in force, Decree-Law No. 101-D/2020, and other complementary legal provisions. For this analysis, it is necessary to provide a description of the dwelling and the thermal characteristics of its components, as well as the respective regulatory verification, quantification of different thermal parameters, determination of nominal heating and cooling requirements, and the calculation of overall nominal primary energy requirements and the corresponding energy class of the dwelling. The dwelling in question has already been studied by colleagues José Augusto Baptista de Oliveira Dias and Pedro Vasconcelos Teixeira da Mota, in the PROJI course unit, under the guidance of Engineer Teresa Isabel Moreira Carvalho Amorim Neto Silva, but using Decree-Law No. 118/2013. Therefore, a summary of the work developed and a comparative analysis of the changes in the current legislation compared to the previous legislation will be carried out.
