O Planeamento Internacional é um departamento que assume um papel fundamental na gestão empresarial, sendo, por isso, essencial a definição de uma metodologia ótima para a realização do planeamento de transportes. Este relatório foca-se no carregamento dos camiões, mais propriamente na sua otimização e monitorização, tendo como objetivo uma tomada de decisão informada e sustentada. Teoricamente, analisa-se a importância da logística, do setor dos transporte e ligação entre as exportações, importações e crescimento económico. Em termos práticos, faz-se uma análise da empresa, focando no planeamento de carregamento de camiões. Faz-se uma análise dos softwares existentes na empresa para apoiar esta tarefa, nomeadamente o CRM (Customer Relationship Management), o K2 (software de gestão) e o TMS (Transportation Management System). São analisados diversos camiões, feito o planeamento do seu carregamento, tendo em conta a prioridade dos agentes, a existência de reservas no K2 e as reservas em Bolsa. Consideram-se ainda os contactos que podem ser importantes. Em cada caso analisa-se o lucro ou prejuízo do transporte efetivo. Verificou-se que, com a aplicação do método heurístico da poupança de Clark e Wright, conseguir-se-á reduzir o número de camiões necessários, relativamente ao número de camiões que foram usados efetivamente pela empresa. Os resultados mostram que esta heurística é capaz de fornecer boas soluções para a maioria dos problemas ocorridos na maximização dos camiões.This report is produced after completing an internship at Garland, a company focused on logistics, transport and navigation, in the international transport planning department. International Planning is a department that plays a fundamental role in business management, making it therefore essential to define an ideal methodology for carrying out transport planning. This focus is on truck loading, more specifically on the report of its optimization and monitoring, with the objective of making informed and sustained decisions. Theoretically, the importance of logistics, the transport sector and the link between exports, currently and economic growth, is analyzed. In practical terms, an analysis of the company is carried out, focusing on truck loading planning. Carry out an analysis of the company's existing software to support this task, namely CRM (Customer Relationship Management), K2 (management software) and TMS (Transportation Management System). Several trucks are analyzed and their loading is planned, taking into account the priority of agents, the existence of reserves at K2 and reserves on the Stock Exchange. Also consider contacts that may be important. In each case, the profit or loss from actual transport is analyzed. It was found that, with the application of Clark and Wright's heuristic Savings method, it will be possible to reduce the number of trucks needed, in relation to the number of trucks that were actually used by the company.
