Para desenvolver o projeto em apreço utilizámos a ferramenta do plano de negócios disponibilizada pelo IAPMEI - Agência para a Competitividade e Inovação, I.P. O referido plano de negócios obrigou à realização de um estudo de mercado. No mencionado estudo utilizámos a metodologia quantitativa num inquérito por questionário, cujo os dados foram tratados através de estatística descritiva, com vista a conhecer o perfil e as preferências dos nossos futuros hóspedes. No mencionado plano de negócios encontrámos como principais resultados um VAL de 145.156€, uma TIR de 11,80% e um Pay Back Period de 6 anos, na perspetiva do projeto. Na perspetiva do investidor encontramos um VAL de 943.499€, uma TIR de 20,53% e um Pay Back Period de 6 anos. Com os resultado obtidos concluímos que o investimento no Marânus Glamping é viável e como tal, em conjunto com o investidor principal, de imediato daremos início ao projeto.This project aims to implement a glamping enterprise in Serra do Marão applying the concepts of Nature Tourism in the Amarante region. To develop this project we used the business plan tool provided by IAPMEI - Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation. This business plan required a market study. In this study we used the quantitative methodology in a survey by questionnaire, whose data were treated through descriptive statistics, in order to know the profile and preferences of our future customers. In the mentioned business plan we found as main results an VAL of 145.156€, an TIR of 11,80% and a Pay Back Period of 6 years, from the project's perspective.
