This new era is changing the market and the way companies act. Digital transformation derives from the application of new tools but also the change of the collaborator’s mindset. These changes influence the Project Manager (PM) to improve his skills to face this new digital era. The purpose of this study is to analyse which new skills should the PM have to meet the new challenges in this new era and how they can influence the success of the projects. An exploratory analysis is proposed to find which skills are demanded in this context. For this reason, in-depth interviews are developed, and PM’s are interviewed.
