The information of each chromosome is translated into a two dimensional plot and converted into an histogram. The information is then analysed by two methods, namely with Shannon entropy and mutual information, or the Jensen-Shannon divergence and map visualization using multidimensional scaling. Some similarity of the information content shows that scale is relevant.
