Esta análise da atividade laboral tem como principal objetivo perceber as estratégias utilizadas pelo município para a sua promoção, bem como explorar de que forma é feito o aproveitamento do território e o atendimento aos turistas pelos vários meios disponíveis. Neste trabalho são analisadas as atividades e projetos incluídos na prática profissional, bem como de que forma os mesmos vão ao encontro das estratégias definidas pela autarquia. É expectável que se aquira uma imagem mais profunda sobre o município de Matosinhos e sobre a forma como a autarquia se pretende posicionar face à oferta turística, o turismo e a visita ao concelho.The aim of this professional internship report is to explore the territory of the municipality of Matosinhos, as well as the influence that customer service and events have on its promotion. The internship was carried out in the Tourism Division of Matosinhos Town Hall. The main aim of this analysis of the work activity is to understand the strategies used by the municipality to promote itself, as well as to explore how the territory is used and how tourists are served by the various means available. This work analyses the activities and projects included in professional practice, as well as how they meet the strategies defined by the municipality.
