Abstract(s)
educativa realizada no 1º, 2º e 3º ciclos do Ensino Básico, no âmbito do
Over the last few years, school has been going through significant changes. So, nowadays, teachers should not accept to be mere knowledge providers, they must provide learning in an environment where everyone is involved, aiming to create conditions that promote learning and students’ autonomy through this process. Although this assumption covers all school subjects, in this work I will focus on the teaching of foreign languages where understanding and being understood during a conversation is a fundamental aspect of the language learners, which contributes to the development of their autonomy. Therefore, I have considered that it was relevant to try to understand how spoken interaction is developed in classroom context and how the game can contribute to its promotion. The choice of this theme emerged from the reflexion on my teacher training experience in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd cycles of Basic Education, within the Master in English and French or Spanish Teaching in Basic Education. To do this work I have considered the analysis of some plans developed during my practice and the implementation of surveys with teachers and foreign language students. I have finished this work by making final remarks, where I reflect upon my path and its contributions to my professional and personal training and by making a reflection of the central questions of this work.
